By accessing this website and engaging M4X services, you agree to the following terms.
M4X provides OnlyFans account management services including but not limited to fan management, messaging, PPV strategy, content scheduling, and social media growth. The exact scope is defined in the individual management agreement signed between M4X and the model.
All services are governed by a written management agreement. The agreement defines the revenue share, duration, scope of management, confidentiality obligations, and termination conditions. No services commence without a signed agreement.
M4X operates on a revenue-share basis. Payment terms, percentages, and payout schedules are specified in the individual agreement. M4X does not charge upfront fees. All financial arrangements comply with applicable tax regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.
The model retains full ownership of their OnlyFans account and all associated content at all times. M4X is granted operational access solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. Access may be revoked at any time in accordance with the termination clause of the agreement.
Both parties agree to keep all business arrangements, revenue figures, and account details strictly confidential. M4X will never publicly disclose any model's identity, earnings, or account information without explicit written consent.
Results mentioned on this website represent past performance and do not guarantee future earnings. M4X cannot be held liable for revenue fluctuations caused by platform policy changes, content restrictions, or market conditions outside of its control.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, before the competent courts of jurisdiction.
